Honey and Sesame Prawns
Tempura battered king prawns lightly fried and served with a mouth watering honey and sesame seed sauce. Served on a crispy noodle salad.
 
Smoked Salmon Rosettes
Smoked Salmon set on a crispy potato rosti and topped with rocket and finished with a lemon hollandaise dressing.
 
Pear and Gorganzola Tartlet
A light puff pastry topped with freash pear, gorganzola blue cheese and spanish onions and topped with warm toasted walnuts.
 
Chilli Jam Scallops
For a little spice up - Queensland scallops tossed in Chef"s own chilli jam, and set atop Asian greens and drizzled with a little more jam.
 
Salt & Pepper Squid
Tender squid lightly crumbed and salt and peppered squid served with a rocket and baby spinach salad with a mild wasabe mayonnaise.

Greek Salad
A panache of salad greens tossed with olives, feta, Spanish onions, cucumber, tomato and dressed with a traditional balsamic and olive oil dressing.

Crisp cos lettuce tossed with garlic croutons, bacon, freshly shaved parmesan and topped with a poached egg and our own Caesar dressing..

MAINS
 
Char Sui Lamb
Hoisin, rosemary and garlic marinated lamb rack pan-fried and set atop a sweet mango rice and sautéed greens.
 
Beef Bourguinon
Made from a traditional French recipe. Tender beef slow cooked with mushrooms, onion and red wine. Set on a bed of potato and a side of crusty bread.
 
Pasta of the Day
Pasta changes daily. Please ask your friendly waitress.
 
Peanut Chicken
Burke & Wills signature dish. Chicken breast stuffed with local camembert and bacon, then crumbed with peanuts. Served with a sweet potato rosti, greens and a spicy peanut satay.
 
Caramel Apple Pork
Local pork cutlet pan seared and topped with caramelised red gala apples.
Served with sautéed greens and mashed potato.
 
Vegetable Stack
Grilled vegetables tossed with rocket pesto then stacked with puff pastry and drizzled with red capsicum mayonnaise.
 
Chicken Tikka Masala
Mild indian spices sautéed with chicken and finished with tomatoes and yoghurt.
Served with jasmine rice.
 
Ginger Crusted Salmon
Ginger crusted salmon set atop julienne vegetables and glass noodles. Drizzled with a chilli and coriander dressing.
 
Reef 'n' Beef
350g rib fillet topped with a selection of fresh shellfish in a creamy seafood sauce with a petite lemon salad.
 
Fish of the Day
Pan fried and served with a fruit salsa (changes daily) and salad.
Porterhouse
350g porterhouse set on a bed of roasted sweet potato and pumpkin, topped with tempura asparagus and a roasted peppercorn sauce.
Rib Fillet
350g rib fillet on garlic kifler potato with wine poached mushrooms, chard and rich beef sauce.
Rump
350g rump on grilled vegetables and steamed chat potatoes and finished with a diane sauce.
